SOLEV positions itself on the financial services market as an independent consulting company, which does not participates in the businesses of its clients as a co-investor (shareholder, coowner, etc.).
However, quite often we find ourselves in a situation when our prospective client has an extremely interesting business idea, top-class highly motivated management and insufficient equity funds for a project with the use of project financing schemes. In such a case we can provide effective assistance to our clients in finding partners by using our well-established business relationships with a large number of Russian and foreign funds and other organizations concerned with direct investment in share capital; and also with venture (higher risk) funds.
