Russian corporate customers with annual sales of $10-20 million are the most popular group of SOLEV’s clients. Every year, they account for almost half of our transactions. Industry sectors in which we work on such “classic”, so to say, projects, are numerous, from construction materials factories (putting out brick and foam concrete) to sea port terminals and airports.
We help our clients to accurately valuate the “riches” that they can actually use to form sources of financing for their new projects. In some cases it is important that these equity funds exceed, for instance, 30% of the required financing for the project – in such situations we undertake to find and select potential partners. The final stage is the preparation (together with the client) of materials necessary for obtaining the loan (“financial leverage”).
